ABOUT FLEETX

FleetX Logistic LLC provides dispatch and back-office support to authorized motor carriers. We help owner operators and fleets search for freight opportunities, evaluate broker information, negotiate rates, coordinate load details and manage dispatch paperwork.

We support Power Only, Step Deck, Flatbed, Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, Hotshot and Sprinter/Cargo Van operations. Load recommendations are matched to the carrier's equipment, preferred lanes, operating goals and availability.

FleetX is a dispatch service provider — not a motor carrier, freight broker or shipper. The carrier remains responsible for transportation operations and retains final approval of every load.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before onboarding? Email info@fleetxlogistic.com or review the Dispatch Service Agreement.

What does FleetX do for motor carriers?

FleetX provides independent dispatch and back-office support, including freight search, rate communication, broker-information review, scheduling coordination and paperwork support. FleetX is not a motor carrier, freight broker or shipper.

How do I start dispatching with FleetX?

Open the Carrier Onboarding / Dispatch Agreement page, enter your MC information, review the service terms and complete the agreement. Our team can then coordinate the next onboarding steps with you.

How are FleetX dispatch fees charged?

The current agreement offers an 8% percentage plan or a $240 per-truck weekly flat plan. Invoicing, due dates, exclusions and payment methods are governed by the Dispatch Service Agreement you sign.

What equipment types do you support?

FleetX supports Power Only, Step Deck, Flatbed, Box Truck, Dry Van, Reefer, Hotshot and Sprinter/Cargo Van operations.

Can I choose whether to accept a load?

Yes. The carrier retains final approval. FleetX should not bind the carrier to a load without the carrier's prior approval as described in the Dispatch Service Agreement.

How are loads matched to my operation?

Dispatch search can be based on your equipment type, current location, preferred lanes, availability and rate goals. Market availability and broker requirements will vary.

Does FleetX handle carrier compliance or cargo responsibility?

No. FleetX can assist with dispatch coordination and documentation, but the motor carrier remains responsible for drivers, equipment, insurance, cargo, permits and regulatory compliance.

Can FleetX help with paperwork and broker follow-up?

Yes, within the signed service scope. FleetX can assist with carrier packets, rate confirmations, dispatch documents and payment follow-up where authorized by the carrier.
